Quite often, our customers will ask what they can do to prepare for their cleaning in advance of our arrival.  Understanding that having your carpets or upholstery cleaned can be a bit of a disruption to your daily routine, we try to make your participation as little as possible.

However, there are a couple of things that the homeowner can do including removing any plants from the cleaning area, perhaps breakable off of item that we maybe moving.  Probably the most helpful thing a home owner can do, though, is have everything (clothes, papers, toys) picked up off the floor in advance of our arrival.  This prevents any accidental breakage or anything being sucked up off the floor during the cleaning.

A quick vacuum of the area being cleaned would also be helpful.  Nothing too extensive.  Just a quick vacuum to address any debris or hair that might be present.
